We upgraded two of our phones at the Falmouth store and Duong provided us with exceptionally good service. He was friendly, patient and very knowledgable. What can be a very stressful experience was made very pleasant and fun by Duong.

I worked for this store and I can tell you as an employee you do not have the tools and training needed to do the job. Management hires tons of new employees and none of them ever stick for more then a few months. Do yourself a favor and just go to the corporate store location at the Portland mall. The Falmouth store is an iceberg that you do not wanna hit. Avoid avoid avoid

I had several challenges porting a business account number to a personal account and the manager of the store was fantastic at helping trouble shoot and ultimately resolve.

I traded in my old phone for an $800 credit, a pitch the salesman said was a great deal. I was given two weeks to turn in my old phone, so after getting my new phone setup and locking in a 3 year contract, I went to turn it in. I was then told the small chip on the corner meant it would only be a $350 credit. I feel the salesman should’ve inspected my phone more thoroughly before getting me to sign a contract. This was very deceptive and I would’ve never gone through with the deal had I known the credit would be 60% less. I would’ve gotten a cheaper phone. Be sure you’re more thorough than me I guess? It’s hard to foresee lies though.

Walked into the customer service rep lounging on the couch. Clearly didn’t want to sell an iPad & 2 phones. He then explained he was “so sorry “but he was unable to help us today we would have to call customer service. Which when I called customer service ended up being completely untrue. Try The Yarmor store they’re great!

Terrible business. Stay away. Have no idea what they are doing. Misrepresented that my plan qualified for a free iPhone. Told that AT&T would charging and crediting my account at the same time. Untrue. After several months learned that I was being charged for the phone because my plan did not qualify. When I called AT&T to correct the matter I was informed my plan did not qualify and there was nothing they could do because I did not qualify for the promotion. What?

Colleen helped me right away. I was the only customer in the store and she did what I needed her to do (brought in a new phone to be set up to my account). She was personable, talkative and we had a few laughs. She did her job well, but for me, her personality make the experience as good as it could have been. She's a keeper. I will even drive from my home in North Windham to your Falmouth store to have her assist me again.

Great service from Tyler and Jackman:- I had a broken phone. They walked me through my options for either a screen fix, replacement device or an upgraded phone.- I decided to receive a replacement device and then upgrade - they made this process easy.- They helped me to erase content on broken phone before sending back.

I just upgraded my phone and Jack at the store was the most helpful and patient. Showed us all of the options, worked with us and gave us his full attention. He made the whole process so easy and was very pleasant to work with.

I went to the Falmouth ATT store today and had an excellent customer experience. I had a lot to take care of in one visit, including transferring a phone line from a corporate account to my personal account, making changes to my personal account, buying a new phone, etc. There were many bumps in the process (not due to any fault of ATT) and Tyler was very patient and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He helped me work through issues on my end, as well as got my information transferred and fully set up and running with the new phone. Definitely recommend from a customer service perspective.

This retailer was the best experience. The store was extremely clean and they were so careful due to Covid, making it feel like a safe environment.I have used Marginal Way store in Portland and Maine Mall retailer in South Portland in the past. This store will be the store we will go to in the future.Tyler was so very helpful and really interested in making the process so comfortable. He worked tirelessly to get us back to ATT. Jackman was so pleasant and helpful in answering questions also. They were great.

I was there to get a new phone, and Drew was there and he was super helpful. Drew made it quick when purchasing two new phones! He was helpful, nice, polite and a genuine good guy. Buying a phone from the AT&T store is a lot easier than you’d think!
