Every time I stop there for gas, it seems that the receipt printer at the pump doesn’t work. I went inside and asked the only clerk for a copy. After she handed it to me, I noticed the amount was wrong. She had printed a receipt for the wrong pump, not the one I requested. When I pointed this out, she very rudely told me that I would have to get back in line, with 5 or 6 people who would then be ahead of me. I had already waited several minutes in line, because there were several in the store buying lottery tickets. The gentleman directly in back of me then offered that I could get in front of him. I handed her the incorrect receipt and said “let’s try this again.” This time she asked the dollar amount, printed and handed me the correct slip. No apology, no smile, just a dirty look. Rude and unacceptable customer service. It took 10 times longer to get a receipt than to pump my gas.

Not sure what is going on with this place but pumps have been broken for a long time. Most times I can’t get gas. Before storm yesterday, all pumps were out of order. This is not a small chain or local business. Circle K is everywhere what is the problem??

The assistant manager is very poor with customers I been going there 15 years to be insulted and asked to leave while being told never carried the product I buy everyday. Won’t be going back.
