It's so unfortunate that when those who aren't familiar with the policies of banks these days go to a place like this looking for some reassurance and answers, and get the exact opposite. Condescending, unprofessional, and unable to answer simple questions despite multiple asks. This KeyBank should be avoided at all costs.
