She helped me look through boxes and boxes of old inventory, all the while making suggestions and providing information regarding what would be "fitting" based on the age of the piece. The key piece of information is that she knew from the beginning that my purchase would not be a significantly large sale.She returned to the picture I provided two or three times and even suggested a couple of very low-cost items that I hadn't thought of that absolutely "made" the restoration. I owe a great debt of gratitude to Kimry for her time and her incredible level of customer service. While I was a looking, another couple came in, and she treated them with the same level of professionalism.Moving forward, when I need any lighting or hardware of any kind for my home, I will refuse to shop elsewhere. The service and product line is second to none. I hope Decorum is around for long, long time.”
