Worst pedicure I’ve received. Picked the deluxe pedicure that includes hot towels and extra massage. He wrapped my legs in the hot towel and removed them almost immediately. Barely any pressure for the massage and not very long. Not deluxe in any regard. Will not be back. Not worth the money.

The best salon in Maine. I have been coming here for years as well as the previous salons the owner has had. They have a great team in place and do an excellent job.Services: Nail painting

I’m very happy with the services I’ve had done at Luxury Nail & Spa. It’s my favorite of the options available in Falmouth. The spa seating is the most comfortable, updated and well maintained in the area.Of note: it’s not a place I could go to if I placed a lot of value on conversation with my technician. I have no problem with that set up and often go with a friend, and we sit next to each other or I go with my mother and we have a blast giggling an hour away.I have short nails. And I fully acknowledge that’s a challenge for mail technicians. I did have one appointment where I walked away with nails that were too square for my personal preferences- but I did not clarify or ask her to correct them while at my appointment.I went two weeks later with a couple of Pinterest photos of the shape I desired and now I’m 100% happy.I do a dip manicure. And on the occasion when one or two of my nails have broken (I do A LOT of gardening and yard work with my hands and I’m hard on a manicure) the technician was able to do this very cool, short, added tip so that I could maintain equal lengths across all my fingers.. it was a great solution!I tend to opt for a more natural look, with neutral colors and shorter nails.I’ve also had a few of their spa pedicures- love the clay mask on my lower legs.Highly recommend making an appointment and going on a weekday. I’be never tried for a weekend, which is safe to assume to be much busier.

The first time I went here, my DIP nails chipped in less than a week. The second time I went here, they got the dip color wrong. I was fine with the accidental color, but had spent a while picking out a color as I was trying to match my dress color for a wedding so I was disappointed. When I told them, they did nothing. I could have been fine with it, but again the dip chipped less than a week later. I haven't been back since.

I called 3 days in advance for a gel fill and when I got there I made sure I said again gel fill , this is my 2nd time going there and the person I had was doing something completely different and I did not want to question her cause they know what they’re doing.. well so I thought , I asked her 3 times your doing a fill correct ? She replay yes yes I was not convinced. She wrapped my hands and soaked them as if I was getting a dip ( not what I asked for ) so I asked again I’m sorry ma’am but your doing a fill correct ? Because this is not how I usually get them done ? This time no reply . So I asked again and then they start talking and the lady said oh no honey you wanted manicure :O no I said I came in letting you know I had appointment for gel fill .. I called and it says in the book gel so that is what I would like ? She said oh she don’t go gel she is doing manicure .. yes very upset at this point I said she already took my nails off I am done I would just liked then filed and I will. Be done . And I guess speaking up was wrong because the lady doing my nails then was very rough and I guess I was wrong cause she was not pleasant after that I pulled my hand away and said ma’am can you go slow you just burnt my hand and she started speaking words and left .. so poor customer service right there . All I wanted was what I called and booked my appointment for . A gentleman came out not happy from what it appeared because it did say in the book GEL fill .. so I left nails were not done and the ones I did have are gone . So I will not be going back!!Terrible service !! Make sure you get what you ask for cause otherwise you could end up with something completely different !!Service: Acrylic nails

This business is very clean, however if you are interested in getting a dip manicure, go somewhere else. Mine all cracked and chipped in one week. When fixing my nails that had chipped - the technician got dip all over my finger. I walked back in and was told it would “come off when I wash my hands”. It didn’t and was painful as it glued my nail to my finger.Services: Pedicure

Horrible customer service experience!!!!!I have short nails and went in for a dip manicure. The nail technician called over TWO other nail technicians over to laugh at my short nails- ie as soon as she saw my short nails, called her coworkers over to comment and laugh out loud at mg nails. I am self conscious enough when I have short nails but that was beyond embarrassing. The owner was in the corner not saying anything. Extremely unprofessional.Service: Manicures

After having gone to Luxury Nails for the last two years, I remain a satisficed customer. Hopefully the employee who performed unprofessionally during the aforementioned reviews is no longer with the shop. Have to mention that it should be OK if the person attending to you does not wish to speak. I actually enjoy sinking into a book or my earbud and just zoning out : )

My teenager black daughter went for a nail treatment and her debit card declined. The Salon immediately went to "We're calling the police". Not do you have cash? Not do you have another card? Not can you call your Mom? Straight to phone and dialing the police. Luckily, daughter stayed composed and explained "If you give me two minutes, I can go on my phone and load more money to my card, and we'll run it again." And of course, that worked and the salon was paid. Unless your daughter is lily white blond and blue eyed, stay clear of this spa.

I'm wondering if it's customary for all customers who have an error with their debit card to get threatened with police involvement, or just Black teenagers? That's what happened to a patron here today, and it's disgusting. The salon was paid immediately after the service, and the payment error, but not before staff members threatened to call the police. I'll be supporting salons without a history of racist practices from now on.

This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. I don't give poor reviews easily. My feet still looked dirty because they hardly soaked. They were barely scrubbed. I still had rough skin on my heels and thick callouses on my big toes. The massage was very light to the touch and really just felt like a rub down. I waited as long as I usually do under the dryer before I left and noticed my big toe had bubbles. My little toe had polish around the side of my toe. This was supposed to be a fun girls' day and we were very disappointed. Prices have gone up to $33 for a regular pedicure now (which lasted a mere 30 min). You might as well pay $45 and drive down the road where you'll get one for 60 min.

Stephen does an amazing job and pays such amazing attention to detail. They're always able to fit me in and my gels last for weeks from here. This is my go-to place. Very affordable too, currently charging $30 for a gel mani.
