Vici was an abdolute gem of a salesman to work with. He was patient and let us test drive multiple trims as we zeroed in on the best one. I cannot recommend Vici enough. He made us very comfortable in the whole process and spent over an hour with us after the sale showing us all the ins and outs of the infotainment system and all the buttons. The dealership as a whole had quite limited inventory though.

Has to be the worst experience we have ever had dealing with a parts department. They have gotten parts completely wrong 3 different times on the same vehicle when providing the Vin and year make and model with a diagram included. Has help up the customers vehicle an extra week. Stay away!

Norma King is a wonderful salesperson. Very efficient and very friendly. We knew what we wanted when we came in and she moved everything along as fast as possible. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and she is a real asset to the dealership. It was our first experience at Morong and we walked away very pleased with our new CX-50.

Carmen was a fantastic saleswoman who went above and beyond trying to find a car that fit within my budget and would serve my needs. Although I did not end up buying this weekend, she was very thorough and personable and I can say with conviction that I'd be back when the time comes. Stellar team and an inviting atmosphere. I was happy to be there. Thanks, Morong!

My first phone call with Morong Falmouth Mazda’s Service Center was positive, but that was the last good interaction in my experience with this business. On Christmas Eve, my driver’s side car window fell into the door frame and I called the Service Center at Morong Falmouth Mazda to bring my car in. The woman I spoke to said that they were very busy, but a technician could at least wrap the window and give it a brief look over to see how bad the damage was/how long it'd take to fix. I said that I completely understood they were booked for the holidays but appreciated the offer to wrap the window. I brought my car in later that week and waited while a service technician looked at it. Once they were finished, the Service Director notified me that when the window fell into the frame it broke the door regulator and motor, so it'd cost approx. $1100 in parts and labor to fix. Then he asked me to sign an agreement to start the work. I said if it was going to cost that much, I'd need to call my insurance to open a claim first since my deductible is only $500. The Service Director’s expression changed from a smile to frustrated, and he told me that my policy likely won't cover the work since I hadn't gotten into an accident. Then he said that he doesn’t even know whether they can have my car fixed in two days, two weeks, or two months because they are already so busy and still need to order my parts, so insurance will probably just slow it down more. I thanked the Service Director for having the car wrapped and said I'd need to take the car home for now to figure things out. The Service Director said okay that's fine and a technician would ring me out. I figured okay, Morong wrapped the window and diagnosed the problem, it only took a few minutes but that's still their labor and they dealt with broken glass, so I understand paying for it. Morong charged me $168 for the diagnostic test which seemed incredibly steep in comparison to the work done.I called my insurance provider and was assured that the broken window and related mechanical parts are covered by my policy. However, Geico told me that Morong Falmouth isn't in network so I’d have to take my car elsewhere. Huh, perhaps that’s why the Service Director at Morong advised me not to go through insurance? Anyways, GEICO booked an appointment with Key Collision on Forest Ave in Portland. Key Collision called me within two days to tell me my car was ready. When I asked what it'd cost, the technician said it'd be $337 because he had to replace both the glass itself and the regulator. The window replacement cost me $166, that means the actual window + labor cost me $2 less from Key than the DIAGNOSTIC TEST Morong charged to tell me my window was broken. Most importantly, I confirmed with the Key Collision technician that my window motor was completely fine and didn’t need to be replaced. Morong Falmouth tried to pressure me into replacing parts that weren't even broken.

Nice try with the excuse as to why my perfect battery, miraculously died while waiting for many weeks on your lot for the car to be serviced. This is a fact. Also a fact that you had my vehicle for over two months because of your inadequate staffing. You could have easily spent 10 minutes to diagnose my car in the first week so that I wouldn’t have had to pay thousands out of pocket for a rental that was supposed to be covered by warranty. Another fact.Poor management, poor staffing, lack of concern over your customers having to pay for items that should have been covered by Mazda warranty. Fact.To top it off you then attempt to cover up your poor service. You deserve 0 stars but that isn’t an option. Don’t want bad reviews? Up your game then.

If I could give 10 stars for this experience I would. Andy was so incredibly warm, down to earth and sympathetic to my situation. I had a nice big dent and damage to the side of my vehicle headlight and he without even me asking, helped to facilitate an intermediary solution along with his co-worker Steve (who was quick and thoughtfully helped me out). I just moved to the Portland area and if this is any indication of how the citizens of this charming town are, I will surely feel at home. Thanks again Andy and Steve, you are two phenomenal human beings and I hope you are acknowledged for your exceptional customer service and how you conduct yourselves with customers! Cheers!

A truly awful service experience. Took the car in for a service checkup. Battery died the next day. Brakes seized up the following week. They take no responsibility. Do not buy a car here. Overpriced with terrible service and don't stand up when they screw up. .

I went to Morong the other day just to see what cars were available on the lot. I ended up seeing a Mazda CX-5 that had all the features I was looking for. Norma assisted me, and made the process seamless and easy, without using any pushy sales tactics. While I did not necessarily go to Morong intending to buy a car, I am so happy I did. I would highly recommend you go see Norma if you are in the market for a new Mazda!

Pleasant and knowledgeable. Set up service efficiently, finished faster than they promised. Last service took a little longer to set up but it seems to have been Covid and staffing and they’re back to excellent.

I don't know about the sales but the car service experience is very bad. I got my car back 2 days after and it had dirt footprints on mats and was not clean at all. Moreover they did not perform the wheel balancing which I requested. Never gonna give my car to them again ever.
