This dealership sells Audis under its umbrella as well as Mazda and Volkswagon. Totally unprofessional parts department personnel after purchasing special order touchup paint for our 2018 Audi A4.First time visit for us and a special parts order for our A4. These parts dept personnel are beyond unprofessional; poor phone etiquette and basic professionalism that one would expect from a high-quality Audi dealership. And yes, we have purchased/leased new A4s for many years that included parts department purchases in other states besides Maine.Asked what "date" meant on paint tubes; for example, a mfg date, expiration date, shelf life, etc.?; no effort from parts department personnel to answer our question. Also no request to take an action item to research the question. What a waste of time for the customer!Never again will we do business at this dealership! Audi America needs to know about this lack of basic customer service.

I would give them a 1/2 star if I could; one star is giving them too much credit! After purchasing a used car for my son to have in college, I had the car inspected by our mechanic who found several issues that should not have been going on - the first one the exhaust had a leak (Morong had given it an inspection sticker!) and the second was a light was out, and the third being a heat shield vibration, and the fourth was rubbing from the brakes that they had replaced so it would pass inspection! They replaced the bulb without issue and finally the exhaust. They reported fixing the brake noise however after the 3rd time dropping off the car it still persisted, I finally just took the car back to our usual mechanic who fixed the issue in less than an hour. Very poor service - would NEVER purchase another vehicle from them and will make sure to tell our friends and family to avoid this dealership and service at all costs!

I brought my car here to just have a battery replaced on my key fob under warranty and they decided to give it a full inspection, on their own, and tell me I had to replace my condenser and both struts, while they recharged my Freon. Non of which I asked for.When I picked up the car they told me I needed the 3100 in repairs and tried to get me agree to it. Complete BS, these people are sales people and try and take advantage of people. they just want your money. I didn't ask for them to do anything but replace my key fob battery. I drove my car away from these scam artists as quickly as I could.I brought my car to Black Point Auto in Scarborough and they gave my car a clean bill of health and nothing wrong with it. Do not do business here, these people are sharks.

bought new car and there is always an issue with the service desk and service: always! under warranty issues and just after , even for issues identified under warranty. staff are not friendly or helpful and try to hoodwink you with unnecessary jargon. don't come here.

Go anywhere else!! If I could leave no stars I would! This place is terrible. The wait for an appointment, the wait when picking up your vehicle and the subpar service. I have taken my car twice as part of my yearly service package to be inspected and both times paid and drove home without them having update the sticker- the first time I was 8 month pregnant, the second time I reminded them upon making the appointment and picking it up and they still forgot! Both times I had to drive back and still wait for over thirty minutes and assertively check on the progress of my sticker multiple times before getting it corrected (even though I had called the day before to ensure a quick fix and was told it would take no more than ten minutes). Not only that, but when I called to share that I had a coolant leak I was told they couldn’t find anything and then when I called again and they couldn’t get me in for months they told me it wasn’t a big deal. It wasn’t until my husband drove my car in for the appointment and insisted they check certain parts of my vehicle that they found a major issue that would’ve blown my engine. I would rather drive over two hours then go back to this service center which is only 20 minutes from my home. The accommodations they do provide are provided everywhere else and even with those accommodations all you get is a headache and reason to complain.

Don't go here! Drive the extra hour to another Audi dealer. We came here for our 30,000 mile service, and will never come back. It took an extra 30 minutes to wash our car. OK no big deal.... Until they pulled our car around and it was soaked. Why didn't they dry it? But so far beyond that why was the water they used to wash our car dirty? Every drop of water had dirt in it it was disgusting. Not only that, but our car also has dirt marks all over it. It's 10 times dirtier than when we brought it here. The fact that they can't even wash a car properly it makes me question the level and quality of service that was completed. When I brought this to the attention of the representative that was helping me he basically just said, "Oh sorry about that .I'll let them know." Didn't even offer to rewash it. Terrible service! They also didn't have any loaner cars on hand, so we had to wait over an hour and a half. Not the end of the world, but just knocks them down another peg. Never had any issues at our old Audi in Norwell Massachusetts.

This place could never fix my TDI recall issues. They kept the car for over a month did not honor requests for loaner even though VWA says they must for repair for warranty. They returned my car without the engine cover with the interior stinking of Diesel. When I called the service manager was condescending and sent me to his boss they are cousins. They said the cover was not important. I picked it up a month later it was covers on fuel. It was clean when I gave it to them. I call VWA and filed a complaint. Run from these people. They could not fix their way out of a wet paper bag. I sold the piece of Junk Jetta TDI. Thanks Morong for not caring. This is the 3rd time they gave it back not working. Parker the service manager as condescending as he is not qualified for his job. He never does as he promises. I am going to tell all my Freemason brothers to keep away and spread the word.

Brought my Audi A3 in for service. They did a great job in a timely fashion. They only did service that was recommended and I look forward to bringing it back in a year or 10,000 miles

It was late the in Thanksgiving Eve and the coupler busted on our GTI. Bill in the Parts Department helped us out with the right part in the nick of time. I am so grateful! Thank you, Bill!
