Whether you book with Maggie, Andrey or Oksana, you can be confident in trying a new stylist. I promise, you will not be disappointed. The front desk staff are welcoming and accommodating and the stylists are masters at cutting and highlighting!

My hair stylist Angela was professional, and very fun to talk to. She did a beautiful job on my hair, she informed me on different products I could use and just general hair maintenance. I'm very thankful for the time she took to do a good job on my hair. All of the staff were lovely and they were able to fit me in last minute, which I can't promise will be the case for others. I was happy with my hair at first but every day I feel more and more disappointed. I just can’t believe I paid $275 for a partial highlight and cut. I tried to like my hair but I’m just so disappointed and I can’t afford to go back and get what I really wanted in the first place.

I was excited to try this place out as another salon recommended them. They got me in on short notice which I was greatful. However I showed pictures and used one of the ladies hair as a reference of how much of that darkness I wanted covered and blended. $190 for a partial and trim is rediculous but I would've gladly paid if my daughter's hair didn't look worse than when we came in. See before and after pics below. It was just alot of brown roots we wanted covered to match the ends of her hair, no need to due or bleach the ends at all which the didn't seem to. It's now super dry, yellow, blonde ,brown and grey, supposedly from the toner. They said it was grey due to the lighting. Everyone who works there said the same thing but I came with 4 teens and they also said it was grey. I do not recommend them what's so ever. Instead of offering to do more highlights or fix it they said come back in 6wks or 3 months. Which I would still have to pay again. I tried to be as nice as possible but was clearly not happy. With the results. All I got was excuses instead of solutions. This has been my worst experience at a salon. Ive had my daughter's hair done once a year for this same reason, dark roots blonde hair and this is the worst it's come out. I could've done better myself and paid less. They were not mean on anyway. Why would they be. They got their money regardless if the customer is happy or not ? my son's hair was also cut wrong but they fixed it no problem. Easy fix but didn't seem to really listen to what we wanted. I suggest asking and making sure they heard correctly. I will definitely not be going back. Too bad as the ladies seemed nice enough even when I was telling them that's not what I asked for. I just want results not excuses. Ya I came in for a partial but also asked if you needed a consult before hand and verbally told them what I wanted with pics. There is no excuse. Should've offered half price or something in 6wks or 3months for doing it wrong in the 1st placeServices: Hairstyling

I have been going here for years. The stylist are fantastic and truly pay close attention to detail. My stylist this time was young and listened to what I wanted and searched for the right color brand that would be gentle as I am allergic to certain dye's. Thank you, Natasha. Thank you Melanie.
