Went to this bank to setup an account for my son, was told that I needed to have an account as my son is a minor. I told the person (not helping us) I said I would return tomorrow to open an account for myself and one for my son. After waiting for about 20 minutes we were informed that I needed to have an account for a 90 day time frame and that they would "REVISIT" the account. What kind of statement does that send to a young person trying to enter the world of finance.

This is our family banking institution and we are very happy with the service we have received since we transferred here 4 years ago. Their staff is well informed and very helpful with any questions or inquiries we may have. They go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. We highly recommend this establishment.

We have been banking with KSB since 2017 and couldn't be happier with the customer service and banking. The online banking and ability to deposit check via a mobile device is very convenient.
