Bought GE washer & dryer here in 2012. I have only had to replace the belt in the dryer.This week dryer stopped working, so I called parts & service and spoke w/ George.He said it sounded like the turn knob was cracked? Needless to say he was correct! So very thankful he was so honest & helpful! Saved me so much money!!
