“Kurt and his crew were able to repair complicated electrical work in my 2014 Kia Soul that others would not tackle or the Kia dealership wanted to change me in the thousands to repair. I’m originally from Farmington and recently moved back after living in Southern Maine I’ve always gone to Prompto, but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had! Ryan was my tech today and he was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful. He even asked permission before reaching into my car to help me reset my mileage, something no Prompto in Southern Maine has ever done for me (I usually just have to guess when to come back!).
Everyone I interacted with was so friendly, and the whole experience was quick, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. It reminded me exactly why I’m so happy to be back home in Farmington. Thank you all so much you made my day, and I hope you all have a fantastic one, too!”

They studded, mounted, and balanced the new ones and installed our 2 older ones. Had they not been safe to use I'm certain they would have told us. All went well.”

Even though they couldn't do the full alignment, they did what they could with the front since doing the rear would have required heat. If they told me they couldn't do it at all, I would have been understanding for that safety reason alone.”
