“I bought an echo chainsaw here. They handled the warranty information for me and told me I could go to any echo dealer for service, and never tried to imply I had to bring it back there. When they brought the saw out it was full of gas and oil and they started it to make sure nothing was wrong with it and made sure I understood the starting process. I am very familiar with how chainsaws work and would likely not had any trouble starting it, but the extra customer care they gave is priceless in my opinion. Will absolutely go back.”

“2/7/23 This was my first visit to Prompto in Farmington. I'm a Realtor and I needed somewhere close and quick to get an oil change between appointments. I decided to give Prompto a try based on so many good reviews. I was not disappointed! All the bays were full when I pulled up but I only waited a few minutes to get in. All of the employees were very friendly and easy going. While the work was being done, they were all focused and paying attention to what they were doing. They call out steps as they go so everyone knows what's happening. I got a standard oil change and the total for my service was $39.66. My vehicle takes more than 5 quarts and has a skid plate that needs to be moved to access the oil filter. There are extra charges for those things which is to be expected. I was out the door and back on the road in about 10 minutes. Overall, I am very happy with the service and will be going back there for my oil changes going forward.Service: Oil change”

“Woke up to a cracked windshield, seemingly out of no where! I made an inquiry using their website and with an hour I has a quote and a next available time on when a replacement could happen! When going into the store to set up my appointment time the front desk was so helpful in working around our busy schedule that week and even allowed us to drop our vehicle off the day before our appointment. Upon pick up it the keys were left where I had asked then to be put, and all of our stickers were put back in the same places as the old windshield. 10/10 would recommend getting service done here!”
