“Not all Walmart Service Centers are the same. In my case today I had an appointment at the Farmington, Maine Walmart for service and tire rotation. I did my part, I got there on time. The Techs were ready and went right to work on my vehicle. It's refreshing to go into the service department where the folks are happy and appreciate the business.”

I’m originally from Farmington and recently moved back after living in Southern Maine I’ve always gone to Prompto, but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had! Ryan was my tech today and he was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful. He even asked permission before reaching into my car to help me reset my mileage, something no Prompto in Southern Maine has ever done for me (I usually just have to guess when to come back!).
Everyone I interacted with was so friendly, and the whole experience was quick, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. It reminded me exactly why I’m so happy to be back home in Farmington. Thank you all so much you made my day, and I hope you all have a fantastic one, too!”
