Had to finance our house through a different bank after receiving nonexistent customer service. employees take weeks to call back or provide any assistance. It was the worst experience with a bank I've ever had.

Currently hold a truck payment with SSB, and after someone totaled it, the finance office was able to refinance the remaining amount which has saved my finances and saved me 300 dollars a month. Thank you guys for being so helpful for the locals ❤️

Does not go above or beyond, the only free ATM's are at their branches. I ran into overdraft instances with them because they re-applied a paper statement fee at least 4 times after I had gone through the process of getting that charge removed. The account I signed up for, an e-checking wasn't even supposed to have paper statements in the first place.
