“This place is great and to everybody else. That left bad reviews.Patty is not the owner that thrift store is Owned by the lions club, Patty is the only worker.
And everything sold in that store has to pay the $2000 rent, which I'm sure that's gone up. That was years ago. The electric bill. When they end up getting a dumpster to throw away all the stuff that got donated, but you can't resell Due to stains or rips, just being junk that somebody drops off at the door which you're not even supposed to do. Donations are supposed to be during business hours and almost every single Monday or Tuesday morning. When they open can't even get in the doors. Because there's so much stuff just thrown there. You can even bring donations across the road to that fancy touch glass shop. How do you think they have that shop there, And the shop over by hannaford in the fancy ass building And they Can afford to pay five or six employees.. There's stuff in there. That's brand new and it's half the Cost of brand new.. across the street is nothing but clothing and a couple books Why don't you try looking at the clothing prices across the street?Touch of glass is always and has always been more expensive.. It's like a yuppie store.. Patty, you do a great job and to the guys at the lions club, Thank you guys as well cause.I know you don't make anything except the store being able to pay for itself and Patty having some sense of purpose. And The small paycheck she gets to bring home, Cause we know she isn't making. a huge salary..”
“Friendly worker. Not a huge men's section. I find people that can afford to shop at stores to into these places and buy stuff and it takes away from the people who really need it. Very sad”
