Horrible service rude and I ordered a phone spent over an hour placing order just to never get a call and then I go in and they never ordered the phone. Canceling my 3 year plan and going with new service. Customer service at this place is terrible.

Very bad customer service. There's a rude representative his name is Nathan and he's not doing his job instead of him doing his job he's being rude and very argumentative all simply fact because I spoke the truth and I also wasn't talkin to him in the first place, instead of him doing his job he met a assumption they can I was talking to him but I was not and he kept threatening me to call the cops 3 times so considered that is racial profiling. And he's also making smart remarks all people that isn't talking to him in the 1st place. It seems like he wants to cause trouble on customers and not doing his job. His customer service very bad and he's threatened me to leave before he calls the cops but as customers since we paying these people money we have every right to feel the way we feel. So again when you see Nathan just do not be surprised how rude he is. AND AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM. I notice also as I was walking into that store there's not many customers in the store so that should just tell you for example how bad the business really is.

Terrible customer service, they are only interested in making their commissions.. trying to tell us our current plan is no good and trying to get us to buy a plan that was 65$ more a month... greedy s o b....

Don't change carriers to us cellular!I swapped from Verizon and the coverage is horrible! I thought it would be nice to have a store near home, but that's the only positive. The bill changes every month since July. Constantly drop calls from home. They say use wifi calling but at the top of you phone wifi never shows up. I called my internet provider and they had to call me back 4 times for a simple modem fix, because I kept dropping the call. Now I'm in a contract for 3 years with terrible signal at home and out in the community. I do really like my samsung s22 ultra. I'm just very unhappy with us cellular! It's going to be a long 3 years. If I had an emergency I don't think I could stay connected long enough to call for help!

I will never go to this location again! Terrible customer service! Fought with them over a phone that wouldn't stay charged for weeks. Thank goodness the US Cellular corporate office isn't so difficult to work with

I deal alot with the farmington store Sarah she is very friendly know her stuff she is the only one I deal with got a new phone 2 10 inch tablets an im gonna get me a new smart watch this week.

Going to this US Cellular is always a good trip. I recommend Keith to everyone, he's super nice, personable, and dedicated to work with you! He is always willing to try everything under the sun if I come in with a problem. 99.9% of the time he can solve the problem. Any time you have a question he will double check to make sure everything is 100% to your satisfaction. Couldn't ask for better service from these guys who create a friendly, welcoming environment!
