Not only was our cashier extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and willing to write things down he walked me through the entire process. Then we popped over to the VIP counter and they helped us even further. The staff here at O’Reilly’s in Farmington today.

The VIP in Farmington is great. They always have availability for me and get the work done super fast. They communicate from start to finish without pushy upsales (they will let you know if they recommend something, but there’s no pressure). I’ve had my wheel bearings replaced all the way from simple oil changes and state inspection and they are always courteous, fast, and friendly. Their recently remodeled waiting room has wifi, coffee and water if you need to wait. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience taking my truck there for the first time today. Everyone was so helpful and kind and the work on my truck was outstanding and quick. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend VIP in Farmington!

Great communication from start to finish. VIP always gets my vehicle in on time (or early), they never seem to run behind schedule which makes planning my day much easier. My go-to place for all my maintenance needs.

Super friendly, professional, kept me informed during the repair process and had a good place for me to wait while work was being completed. The repair cost was definitely competitive and in the future I wouldn't hesitate to return for other needs.
