Can't ever get through to anyone after 3:30pm and says they are open till 5. Used to have a good worker who would call once a month to check on RX now they don't... definitely going to have to find a new Mail order pharmacy, as this one has gone downhill

This is in my opinion, the best mail order pharmacy that we have ever used. We will never leave if we don't have to. Fought to get my husband away from CVS after we we told that I Care don't service my area, then I searched and found out that I Care does. The Wonderful staff finally got my husband back to I Care. Cant ask for better staff & communication with them. Orders are delivered in a Great timely fashion, Very helpful staff! Wonderful company. WILL NOT LEAVE HERE AGAIN
