The Best Western Freeport Inn offers nice, big, and very clean rooms, though some had a funny plastic or odd hallway odor. Staff are nice, friendly, and super helpful. The location is really close to Portland and other activities, is pretty, and has good views. The cafe next door is really convenient and good. However, some guests reported issues. Rooms can be staggeringly hot until the air kicks in, and the AC can be a bit loud. Some rooms are very noisy. The pool was out of service. Reservations were not always honored, leading to room switches. For the price, the lack of a simple breakfast was noted. Some windows were too dirty to see the scenic view. Despite this, many would stay again, recommend it to friends, and find it a good option for something not too expensive.
Honestly not bad for what it was we paied roughly 600 for 3-4 days nothing great or bad stuck out immediately soo a neutral visit. Ice machines down and no Onsight Vending. Parking was abundant, our unit had a pretty cool view of a small river or lake and some foliage. The unit was clean

We reserved a room with scenic view. Based on the description and photos we were eluded to think it was on the 2nd or 3rd floor. It was on the 1st floor. The view was not scenic, there was overgrown grass and a pool. But the room was great, very clean and comfortable

Very average hotel. The AC unit was pretty clunky and loud. The sound from our TV would randomly play at 730 am every morning without provocation. Lastly, my laptop would just not connect to their WiFi no matter what I tried.
