Needed some pants to match my jacket I purchased from them a few years ago. Hoping they would still have the color.
Walked right in, sales person came up to me and saw I had my suit in hand. He aske how he could help, told him I wanted pants to match. He said he knew exactly what I was looking for and even pulled out the right length.
Great service and extremely knowledgable. If you are looking for a suit or nice shirtts definately recomed.

Went in looking for a dress for a last minute event. I was never greeted when entering despite there only being one other customer in the store when I entered. I wandered around looking lost trying to find the fitting room and no one seemed to notice. I finally asked where it was and instead of being guided to it they simply pointed and said over there. I let myself in, tried my item which didn’t fit. I needed another size but with the lack of service I decided to just leave. I ended up finding 3 amazing options and great service at Ralph Lauren. The service here used to be a lot better, I genuinely felt looked down on and ignored as a customer. On a slow Wednesday afternoon the service should have been helpful and attentive.

Had a great experience buying a suit, shoes and accessories here. The associate (Christina) was an absolute peach. She clearly had experience in men’s fashion and knew exactly where everything was in the store and brought it to me to try.
She was not overbearing or pushy at all just simply supportive and helpful which made the experience fun. I left there with lots of dapper attire for an incredible price and couldn’t imagine the whole experience going any better.
Thanks again and I will recommend and return soon.

My husband and I went to the Freeport, Maine Brooks Brothers Outlet yesterday- 8/17/2024. We are local and have never received such poor service from an establishment in the area. We are frequent shoppers of Brooks Brothers (Main store, outlet, and online) from casual wear to full blown suits/ formal wear. We've spent a lot of money over the years and to be treated like a second class citizen was very uncomfortable.
Here's our advice for The Freeport, Maine Brooks Brothers Outlet team- DO BETTER and HAVE SOME CLASS! Maybe take a course on customer service, maybe wash away the judgmental attitude. I don't typically leave reviews based off of a negative experience as I understand everyone has an "off" day- however, the fact that they blatantly chose to be kind to some people and not others is baffling. You never know who a customer/ client may know in corporate and what information can be passed on with a quick phone call. So please ALWAYS treat your customers/clients with respect and kindness, regardless of who they are- kindness goes a long way! We hope you take the time to read this review and make the necessary changes to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers/clients. Horrid customer service, and I came to found the manager was helping me. Not worth another minute of my time to actually review my experience. Online shopping make people like this manager, Norman, obsolete for a $7 return fee.

Visited looking for a couple shirts, and was helped by Susan who was awesome. Ended up with 4 shirts, a new sport coat and pants at a great price.

Prices were great. Merchandising leaves you wanting as styles are not organized well. My biggest issue though was the ineptitude at checkout. It took 18 minutes to input my information and complete the transaction due to the associate not knowing how to work the computer system. The other two associates working were focused on reading the new planogram when their colleague was obviously floundering. If it had been a system crashing I would’ve understood, but this was due to an inability know the systems and more tenured colleagues had no interest in saving their coworker which was truly unfortunate.

Employees not to motivated to help. No real "deals" I could only find regular fit shirts, not slim and as stated employees not too helpful.

Rude staff. Treated me like I wasn't supposed to be in there. One of the female employees "snubbed" me by pushing me out of the way to arrange a rack to clearly check to see what I was doing while looking at pants. When I checked out, another employee at the register said "you're not in our system...are youuuu?" Very condescending. I shop at brooks brothers often, the non-outlet, and will likely not return to the outlet store.
