just wanna start off by saying i miss my girl sage. sage is one of the owners dogs that just hangs around the store. she is so adorable and friendly. the store itself has an old timey feel. they also have a large inventory of both everyday appliances and specialty ornate cutlery. the staff is kind and courteous.

I just visited this place and it was awesome. There were so many items that I could not find elsewhere. I asked a staff for help choosing a chefs knife and she was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to answer my questions. Another gentleman answered some additional questions and helped me to find the items that I was looking for without trying to upsell me which was really important to me! They just earned a lifelong customer!!!!

What a great store! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They have a great supply of top shelf kitchen equipment and a fantastic knife selection as one might expect. Most recently I purchased individual attachments for my pasta machine, without having to re purchase the entire machine. I also purchased razor sharp older knives, magnetized knife holders and a handful of other items. The store is great and should be at the top of your list if you are in need of kitchen gear. I love this store!

Casco Bay Cutlery & Kitchenware is a fantastic knife store with a knowledgeable staff that guided me to the perfect chef's knife. I chose an Opinel knife, primarily because of how wonderful it feels in my hand. The store offers an incredible variety of options, including pocket knives, survival knives, and kitchen knives.
In addition to the impressive knife selection, there is a great array of kitchenware. I enjoyed window shopping through their collection of moderate to high-end equipment. It's clear that they only stock items they stand by, ensuring quality in every product.
If you're in the market for knives or kitchenware, I highly recommend visiting Casco Bay Cutlery & Kitchenware. The staff’s expertise and the quality of their products make for an exceptional shopping experience.

I really like this place due to the fact they have the selection i'm knives that I am looking for as a chef. Quality merchandise here for your kitchen, and the service is very helpful and friendly. I bought this entire set there, and I love it. It's a Zwilling set from Germany.

Went in with some old unused beater knives to try and get some credit for something nicer, I get there and not only is he standing around talking to his friends, but he was laughing about what I had brought in with them. He also kept telling me he wasn't interested in buying cheap knives but he has several boxes full of completely dull knives that are only worth a dollar selling them for about 10 each.

I was shopping for a specific pasta maker for my husband's birthday. The folks at Casco Bay Cutlery were INCREDIBLY helpful. The product is made in Italy and the info on it is not clear. The store owner did not rest until she found the right machine for me. So, so, so helpful. She really cared and treated me the way she would want to be treated. You just don't get service like that from a mega mart. And it's worth every penny. If you love to cook, this is your place. Thank you!!!
