Very rude and stuck up employees. Made me very uncomfortable. One kept making weird faces and non stop eye contact with me and eventually made me feel unwelcome so I left. Don’t waste your time here.

It was a nice store like all the other Coach outlets that I’ve been to. I will say this one seemed more friendly and less pushy. I’ve been in a few that follow the customer around and it drives me nuts and I don’t even want to make a purchase.

I recently visited the Coach Outlet in Freeport on October 8th and had a lovely time. I purchased the Val Duffle in the signature canvas that I've been eyeing for some time. 😊 They also had the Libby Watch 34 mm in pink I also love and purchased 😍. I had Angela help me who was so helpful and friendly. Anyone who is even remotely considering buying a Coach handbag ,you will not be disappointed. I buy so much from Coach and never have had any issues. Beautiful, well made ,luxurious handbags I will treasure for the rest of my life!!! Thank you Coach and Angela❤️🥰

As a Canadian it's still cheaper to buy online at coach outlet, this location staff does not seem educated in the products or the system. Could use a more educated staff. Friend was sold a purse and an extra strap, however the purse bought couldn't remove its strap to be able to switch it out. Went to return the strap the next day and the sales associate said, "oh some people cut the strap off if they don't like it and put a new one on. If I knew that wasn't the plan then yeah..."
The staff simply didn't seem smart.

I went in today to pick up my new bag that I did buy online and pick up in store. The bag is adorable! I was looking at purse charms to go with it and Topher(I hope the name is right lol) suggested a scarf to spice up the bag. And he was right omg it made the bag even cuter! The other two ladies working were really sweet too. I’ll be back in the near future! Thank you all :)

I live out of state and called regarding an issue with my recently purchased shoes the lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite. I went back to the store with my shoes as she recommended that would be the best way to resolve the issue. The guy who was working at the store was awfully rude and could not speak without a rude remark/comment to everything. I believe his name was Topher as that is what it says on my receipt.I exchanged my shoes and even paid an additional $75 while he continued to be extremely rude.

I had a few issues trying to place a phone order at an outlet store out of state before I realized there's one 1.5 hours away. One call to them, and my entire dilemma was remedied quickly.

My purse I designed online lost its bag tag, the staff was amazing helping me find a replacement!!! (8/20/23) they also had up to 70% off in the store I got a wicked cute belt bag, normally $300, for about $85!!! Sad I lost my one of a kind purse tag, BUT THIS BELT BAG THOUGH!!! ???
