I switched to KSB over the summer after over 15 years with my previous bank and I've never looked back. Customer service is excellent, and everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all, kind.

Friendly customer service, recommendations on services and products, as well as a genuine respect for my time which is something I truly value. I would love to shout out Gary Lapierre who has always been service oriented and "on it" I highly recommend!

I love banking with KSB! I have my mortgage through them and they made the process seamless. I also have all my regular bank accounts with them and I’ve always been so impressed by the personable, friendly care each time I go in. Cathy is the best! Their mobile banking is super easy to use as well. So glad I found KSB!
