Went looking for boots. Staff came up to see if she could help. Helped both my wife and I find boots and a coat for my wife. There was no pressure. Excellent customer service

I'm very disappointed in LLBean customer service. Rude supervisor that are not there to help but pump out defective product. I was even to be treated aggressivley by one of the supervisor.
