The L.L.Bean Freeport Outlet is a fantastic and huge store, tucked away across from Old Navy. It is a dog-friendly place to shop and get out of the house, and the day one visitor went they also had outside activities for kids, a food truck, and a hot chocolate truck. It is always busy and the amount of product crammed in can be overwhelming, but it gives a larger selection of discounted items. The store is packed with items and super clean and organized. It is worth the trip to snag great deals and bargains, which are there if you look for them. Discounts can be 40% or more, depending on the product, and it is worth a stop to rest, shop, and stretch your legs. Customers are impressed with the quality of the clothing at a very fair price and decent prices for quality goods. The staff provides great customer service and are friendly, helpful, and a delight to talk with, making shoppers feel welcomed and cared for. The feeling is that they actually do care about customer satisfaction. Many state it is a pleasure to shop there and highly recommend it.
The staff here is wonderful! Laura went above and beyond! She assisted up until 30 mins after the store closed and made sure we got everything that we needed.

So excited to visit the L.L. Bean Freeport Outlet store. The employees seem to really like their jobs! Very friendly and helpful to visitors in the area. The selection was amazing and prices were better. I walked away with a large Bag for $30. Hope to visit the store again and explore the area.
