I visited the store today with specific needs in mind. I am short and older than most customers . The salesperson was wonderful, I'm sorry I didn't get her name, and I left with just what I wanted. Levis have always been our go to for more years than I want to admit! So glad to have this store available!

Oh my! What can I say. The Levi outlet in Freeport rocks! I got an $80 dollar pair of Levis for $14 bucks! And my daughter bought a few pairs and got an amazing deal. Love The Levi outlet in Freeport Maine

I'm not rating the store, I am rating the product. I use to buy a pair a Levi's and they would last me 5 years no holes in the knees or crotch area. No they last 4 or 5 months befor you can see them getting weak in the knees. And within 6 months the knees are smoked. I am forced to change brands. The price has more then doubled for a product that is 25% of what it use to be.

Not sure how but I got two pairs of jeans for less than USD50 and some shorts for USD14! Nice big store, friendly and helpful staff. Store is in Freeport. Maine.

What an amazing experience!! We were helped by SABRINA and she did an amazing job. She provided honest and helpful feedback, brought out countless sizes and styles to try on, and made the entire shopping trip a huge success. Thanks so much to all the Levi’s Freeport staff for a great interaction!

Beautiful Levi’s store in the historic cobblestone streets outlet section of Freeport, Maine. While the staff was friendly and the interior layout and design of the store was beautiful, there is nothing “outlet” about this store. Aside from a very small section of clearance items and logo tees (which was was smaller than any Macy’s Levi’s clearance section), everything else seemed to be priced at, or above what you’d find at this non-Levi stores. The pair of 541 stretch jeans I wanted to purchase was priced the same as in Nordstrom’s and 30% more than in Macy’s. When you factor in the free snapping that the other stores offer, they both were far less pricier than this outlet.

Always a great experience when we visit! On Tuesday (4/23) I needed to exchange some jeans and find the right size. Tom was absolutely fabulous! He was so pleasant, helpful, and friendly. I felt comfortable asking him for his opinion on my choices and his advice had me feeling more confident when I left. He should train all retail employees for every company because he is the best!!
Overall, Levi’s has solid clothes that last a long time if washed and cared for properly. They are also always running sales (I got two pairs of jean for $100, normally $70/each). The store itself is usually orderly and clean. Sometimes they lack in sizes in jeans in smaller sizes (26/27/28) but still have a nice selection. Store is not huge but offers a lot. It looks like it would be a bit tight but we could get around with our Nuna stroller fine. There was also only one employee and one other shopper when we were there with the stroller though. If it was a busy Saturday afternoon it would probably be much more difficult. It does not have a wheelchair accessible entrance either, which is actually quite devastating because Levi’s is usually inclusive. I hope that was just a poor rental choice though and not by design!

Two young girls working today were absolutely rude, talked about me saying “she could just buy them online” if i wanted to get them online i wouldn’t have come in… get better employees maybe you could find some new ones online

My family and I were walking around Freeport looking for Jeans for my step-daughter. We decided to try the Levi's Outlet Store and the first pair of jeans I picked up were 30% off the retail price. Awesome, well not so much as original price was 89.99 for the pair of children's jeans. Yeah, no way am I paying nearly $90 for a pair of jeans which have holes in them.As I continued to look around it would seem they are rebranding as a high-end clothing store or they advertise 30-40% after they raise the prices. I looked at my wife and we exited the store immediately as the prices were not reasonable at all.Staff was non-existent as they just stare at you while you walk around. They don't say hi and they don't offer to help. Pretty horrible experience if you ask me.
