This place is absolutely terrible!!! half of the machines don’t work at all and the other half don’t work properly. It’s extremely hot and the only sitting area is a broken bench that it seems came from a local bus stop. Not a very welcoming place at all. Also, If you use the change machine it will most likely give you gold and silver dollar coins that are useless for half of the machines, that is if you find one that works. Good luck!

I would honestly love to give this place a zero star review, but unfortunately you have to give at least one. I’ve been trying to get in contact with anyone since August. The machines stopped accepting quarters half way through dumping a bunch of quarters in. Which, if you didn’t know.. gives a discount to people who come behind you and use the scan to pay. This place was lovely when the wife of the company pretended to give a damn, before it became just another way for people to make money. I’ve accepted the fact that these people won’t be returning my money, but in this economy the people using laundromats should be warned because not all of us use or trust the digital payment methods. This place literally stole my money and provided no laundry services. Their change machine dispensed Susan B Anthony dollar coins. When I put them into a washer, it credited me for a quarter. One washer kept taking my money and not giving me ANY credit. The price was $10.75 and I put in $13. worth of coins (from THEIR change machine) but it only credited me for $6.25 — then it got worse. It stopped taking any coins and wouldn't start the wash (see attached video). So, it took my $13 for no wash, and no change return option. I called them four times between 7-8:30PM and texted the number multiple times (as instructed in their outgoing voicemail) but nobody ever replied. I left with my dirty clothes and $13. poorer. Terribly laundromat and truly awful service.

This place is beyond a scam. Not only are the prices WAY higher (more than double) than the average machine, they’re smaller, half of them are broken and not working, AND it stopped my clean halfway through, told me to open the door and then stopped. I had to pay another $9 just to finish my laundry! That’s $18 for ONE WASH!!! Thank god I’m only using this place once while I wait for my washer/dryer to come in, but my god, no wonder people who are poor and can’t afford machine stay poor. Places like this, that are buying out all the local, small ma and pa places, scam you. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Half of the machines rarely work, some cost more than others for the same amount of dry time and same size dryer. In the past my clothes have gotten caught in the washer and the employee said my only option was to cut my pants out of it with scissors.

I like that they have dollar coins and quarters. I think all laundromats should do this! Very helpful when adding less coins. Clean and cute place.

Best laundromat I've been to! The girl working the counter was so nice and helpful! She constantly cleaned with broom and dustpan or wiping the machines down. They had several size washers to choose from and 2 different size dryers. They had change machines, vending machines, and clean restrooms! You could pay with coins or through an app on your phone, which was super convenient. There is also a seafood market and ice cream place next door with outside seating. Great place!!

WOWZA now this is a laundry that makes doing laundry a breeze.So so clean ----lots of help from the employees if you need it. -----a very pleasant atmosphere ------easy parking. Go on a day when Larry is working -----he is incredibly helpful .

Owner is starting to charge for parking during Freeport events, most recently the Sparkle Parade. This is a free event Freeport puts on for children and the community. It is in very poor taste to charge people to park. Either don't allow parking for events or give in and participate in the community atmosphere of Freeport.Snacks in the vending machine are expired as well, poor purchase on my part, buyer beware.

A lovely laundromat experience! Clean and bright. Machines for extra large loads and small loads. Plenty of parking. If you need a laundromat in the Freeport area, this is the place to go.
