Two managers refused to give me the discount posted on the racks. They insisted no discounts applied. I ordered the same items online with the advertised discount. Horrible.

You pretty much know what to expect when you go into Old Navy. Store was well stocked and lots of holiday items to pick from. Tons of sleepwear for Christmas but it felt like very cheap thermal.

The Old Navy Outlet store has been really hit or miss for me in the past. I stopped by recently because I hadn't been in a while and just wanted to browse. Two things of note immediately: 1) is there ANY organization to this store?, because it sure doesn't seem like it, and... 2) it had a real post-Black Friday feel to it with clothing and accessories discarded in piles everywhere. I don't blame the staff for that necessarily, as I watched loads of customers literally abandoned piles of stuff wherever they wanted when they realized, I guess, they didn't actually want to buy them. Also, another reviewer mentioned the lack of staff at the Fitting Rooms; this actually felt very normal (at least it is in other parts of the world from what I've experienced) , so I appreciated just being able to help myself to a room whenever I wanted (...granted, they were also messy with customer's deserted stuff). In the end, on this particular occasion, I left with two items: a very cute, white sweater with golden sparkly thread AND a fantastic little black dress. Pricetag? Under $50. And the person at the cash register was SO friendly and engaging; she gave me an enormous brown paper bag for free when she saw I had been toting around all my Kitchen Store Outlet stuff in my arms. I don't know that I'm rushing back here anytime soon, but if I'm in the area and I've got the time to explore, I'd come back to see what gems might find me! But I wouldn't come back intentionally looking for a specific item.

Each time my wife and I go here, it begins to look more and more like a Khol's store as they pile everything into their racks and displays and no one bothers to walk around and fix it to make the appearance be more presentable. They have a large selection of items, but I couldn't find a button up shirt for my step-son. You would think button-ups would be a common items to find and not a single one. I found 32 options for sweaters and 40 options for sweatshirts, but not a single button up shirt. The staff is non-existent around the fitting room, so customers are always having to go find someone to unlock a door. The value of some of the items is reasonable, when it's on sale, but the headache of having to sort through unorganized sizes and color is just not worth it in my mind.

The people at this location are great! My sister and I did not realize what time they closed and we were there a few minutes past closing, but everyone was super nice and never tried to rush us out. Thanks for being so accommodating!

Watch out at the checkout. A lot of "marked down" items are not marked down on the computer. It's all but guaranteed to go wrong at that place.
