Nice Staff, open and clean store with Quality Apparel. I am happy with all of the shirts that I had purchased. Although they did not have fishing gear, they did have items for dogs. Great shopping experience.!.

Called in the store to browse, very nice store. I was greeted by Sarah who was fantastic, helpful and patient. My browse quickly became a spree picking up a few great buys. Brilliant service, look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

We stopped in this store while we are on a cruise. We found a dog gate that was amazing and bought it because the store employees informed us "they can ship the dog gate home for no additional cost". Well, we paid a ton for a dog gate that has NEVER arrived. The store claims UPS lost it, UPS claims the store failed to provide proof of the item being shipped or a detailed description of the item, therefore UPS will not give us a refund on the item. No one will take responsibility so we have to eat the cost. Do not trust that they will ship items. Take pictures, get proof. The merry-go-round of this debacle is absurd.

The Freeport Orvis is outstanding. Both Sarah and Tim were incredibly helpful and kind while shopping there. They helped find the right sizes, provide recommendations, and provide alternatives for shipping.In fact we got their cards and they have been able to help me find items that I might like when I am traveling. I feel welcomed and appreciated. The only complaint I have is that they are not closer to me. It is a go to store when I am in town.Highly recommend.
