“Got my favorite doggy PJ’s here a few years ago, which sadly got taken from my hotel room on a trip. We happened to stop by again today (we are not from the area) and I found the same PJ’s! Also got the pups some delicious treats, the reason we stopped in the first place!”
“I adopted my two little budgies from here! They are both so happy and much more open to people than any chain pet store birds. The staff give wonderful advice and are so friendly. I get lots of my birds supplies from Brooks regularly and my birds are OBSESSED with the millet that they sell. I also buy all of my chicken food for my flock here. Definitely my the top pet store!”

“After a couple mins of looking around we were approached by a young female employee who helped us purchase a dental food additive and a silicone toothbrush set for our cat. She was super helpful and knowledgeable. She said that her three kitties use that specific dental additive and she has noticed great improvement of their teeth. She was also very friendly and engaging :)

“Out of all the options to get groceries in the area, this might be the best. Even during peak rush hours, lines always move fast and they are well staffed. Clean facility, friendly and professional staff.”
“Always pleasant, helpful staff. Their shelves are not as stocked with such as Catnip spray/mist as I would like, but I do understand shelf space is valuable - stuff has to move to make it worthwhile to carry, so no big deal really. I can always order online if I'm willing to pay for high shipping charges. Lesson: purchase 2 if you can at a time..you can always return if the product does not work out. I also like their Immunization Clinics - plan a repeat 4 my 2 felines: less stressful for all 3 of us than hauling 30 minutes away to the Vet. ? Thank you PetCo!”

I went tonight to pick up a new medication which my insurance wouldn't cover but I did have a manufacturer coupon that I hoped would work, because it is absolutely out of our budget if we had to pay the cash price. I actually had multiple bad dreams last night that the coupon wouldn't work, so when I got there and they tried using the coupon and it didn't work, I was very worried and sad. The pharmacist was so nice and compassionate about the whole thing and said she would call them in the morning and hopefully get it worked out. I went out to my car and had not even driven out of the parking lot when I got a call back from the pharmacist saying she had gotten it to work!! I hurried back in and I don't know how but she managed to get the coupon to cooperate and I was able to get my medicine! I know they were busy and having worked in retail pharmacy for years I know how difficult it can be to find the time to troubleshoot when there is a problem like this. I am so thankful that she took the extra time to try one more thing,it meant the world to me! thank you so much!!!”
