Drove here while on vacation specifically to buy our baby formula only to arrive and discover that every single bottle of Similac ready to drink formula (three different kinds) was expired by months. What a waste.

I never, ever, leave reviews, but I think it is warranted this time. This store frustrates me so much that I would rather drive up to Topsham, Cook's Corner, and Falmouth to do my grocery shopping. The store is dirty and neglected and most days the produce section is so bad that I usually can't get everything I need. That being said, the absolute worst part of this store is the customer service. There are a couple of older women on the registers who should not be there - at least not in a customer-facing role. They are rude, sour, pissy, and unhappy with their jobs - I know this because it is all over their faces.
Also, please install at least one self-checkout lane. If you are struggling with hiring more help, then do something that can alleviate the long lines because it doesn't matter what day of the week, or what time of day I go, there are always 7-8 people in each line (with usually only two lines open). Now for the positive, there is one younger guy and a girl that sometimes are on the registers who are perfectly pleasant and I enjoy every time I have them ring up my purchases. I think his name is Jaxon but I don't know the other girl's name - she is fantastic! They are both always friendly, courteous, and helpful. You need more people like them on your registers.

The Rockland store needs an update, shabby and dated. Not great selection as Shaw’s Downeast has.Update 11/23: Wow, someone is listening. Store is being updated, more and better selections, staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s almost all new.

Doesn't even deserve the one star. Incompetent management, all of whom treat their employees horribly. I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere if possible.
