It’s a great store… but when there are some additional deals and new stock. They haven’t added anything to their stock in the last month. There’s honestly only a couple of new items since I was there last. Both times I’ve walked out with nothing. The times I’ve been there previously over the last 2 years I’ve come out with armfuls of clothing and boots.

Overall I like The North Face (TNF) clothing. It is overpriced so better to get it on sale. The cashier at this North Face outlet in Freeport, ME was not helpful (the manager was awesome - 5 gold stars to the manager). TNF policies are annoying - 50% off for 3 items + but only certain items (not T shirts, etc).

Love this outlet. Great selection for adults and kids. From outerwear, clothing, shoes and accessories. The staff is very helpful. No bathrooms but they do have changing rooms. ??

It's impossible to shop here because the assistants come over every 15 seconds asking 'how's it going?' How it's going is I can't look at the clothes because you keep bothering me.

The staff are always extremely pleasant and willing to help. The layout of the store was a bit confusing at first (many levels to the store!) but the staff are more than willing to help out. Cannot stress how wonderful the deals are! Why can't every store be an outlet store? Am I right? Hahaha LOL. Anyways-- I highly recommend a stop into this lovely local treasure.
