The staff are always extremely pleasant and willing to help. The layout of the store was a bit confusing at first (many levels to the store!) but the staff are more than willing to help out. Cannot stress how wonderful the deals are! Why can't every store be an outlet store? Am I right? Hahaha LOL. Anyways-- I highly recommend a stop into this lovely local treasure.

Great deals on winter clothing if you want to stock up for next season. But I really wanted to write this review to give a shout out to the associates in the store who were extremely helpful and pleasant. Thank you. You’re a rarity these days. We always find something we can use here. We went in for mittens, but they did not have them. We did walk out with new winter coats, so there's that!

I used to do a lot of my Christmas shopping there, a few years ago. The past 2 trips, over the past 3 years have been very disappointing. There were no sales to be found, or at least not even close to before. Both times I left empty handed. Prior to that I would fill my trunk. This was the last trip I plan on taking there. Not worth the trip. I actually didn't even see anyone purchasing anything while there.
