“I've had my box at the Center Conway post office for 13 years and can honestly say in that entire time I have never had anything but a pleasant and joyful experience. Chip and Rusty are the most sincere, caring, friendly, helpful, kind, and hard working individuals I have ever dealt with. The service they and their staff provide to our community is incredible. While always remaining completely professional they make you feel welcome each time you are at the post office and treat you like a dear friend. This world would be an amazing place if there were more people in it like them.”
“I came here for printing documents, and the printing staff were not there, however, Caitlin helped me to print those documents and did her best to make sure everything go smooth. Caitlin, thank you.”
“Every time I go into the store to pick up my mail or packages I always get a smile and a big hello from whoever is working. The staff is efficient, upbeat, down to earth, and very professional. Many times my mail is waiting for me as they see me pull up to the parking spot in front of the store. The store had just gone under a total renovation and the operation remained very very smooth. And the store looks great. Sometimes I just stop in to say hello because it’s just fun to stop in.”
“Great customer service at the post office- Paul is very helpful, and Mary (my mail carrier) always goes the extra mile to deliver my packages to my porch when my mailbox is full or the packages are too big. Thank you!!”

“I was staying locally for almost a month, so I had to get some items delivered by USPS, no worries right? Well some places on private roads still don't have USPS service...and I was staying at one. What to do? Call the local USPS office and ask if they can hold the package there for you to pick up. No worries. Called in, showed up the next morning (had to wait until it came back on the truck) and picked up my package. Excellent phone and in person service! Parking was easy in their decent size parking lot.”
