Woman who answers phone in Conway office is rude. She is very unhelpful. Hope you never have to deal with her. Driver , maint people and people in Lincoln office very friendly.

Like others, I am disappointed in the service/attitude. It took several calls and no one called me back and then I finally got a call and was told they couldn't understand that no one called me back. Gary was super friendly and tried to assist, however the person he connected me with had a condescending tone, and remarked that they knew I wanted immediate gratification but that wasn't possible. Those words were not true and not kind, my only complaint was an appointment 2 weeks out when I'd called several times to no avail. For my other questions I was stone walled with a "one step at a time" response, so no information for me apparently. Really disappointed in this experience.Services: Heating system repair

I have been a customer for years. I moved and went to switch service to new address and they told me they aren't taking on new clients, even though I was. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend.

I won't go into great detail but watch out! Although some of the people I talked to were professional and very likeable all it takes is just 1 of them to really mess you up. I wish I could give more detail but that one individual worries me and I would rather not have to watch my back.There are many other choices so if I were looking for a fuel supplier I would ask myself if I really needed to take a risk when other companies have better reviews. Additionally, small companies such as this one pay more for their fuel vs the big boys so you'll find them fairly more expensive anyway.BTW, a common complaint raised by other RECENT reviews was poor communication. I totally agree with that assessment. I also had the same problem. Ask yourself if anything were to happen that made your tanks run out in January, like a missed refill or something, would you want to risk not being able to get their immediate attention before pipes freeze?

A recent service call lead to a concern raised to management. As a long time customer of 20+ yrs. I am incredibly disappointed that no member of management ever returned my repeated phone inquiries. Just this past weekend when I arrived at the property, I learned they dismissed me as a customer. No notice, returned phone call, text or email. 20+ yrs. as a customer..... without ever speaking with me, they arrived at the property while nobody was there, disconnected and removed all service equipment. I'm shocked at this response!!! This could have been resolved with a simple returned phone call. Shame on you White Mountain Oil and Propane and shame on the level of dishonesty you're willing to tolerate!!!

I'm a big fan of White Mountain Propane. I'm a new customer who previously received "service" from a national competitor that was terrible. With White Mountain, I have now had two service calls (one for the install and one to hook up a propane generator, and Scott and crew did a great job. Delivery was seamless and the driver very nice (but I didn't get his name). Mike Elliott was the salesman and Jeff Cathbert got my account started. Very impressed by the professional install and the high quality of components used. I have recommended the company to friends and neighbors here in Sandwich. Thank you!

I called for long time clients elderly and disabled today they have not had heat for over a week . Right here at in the Valley. I asked plz deliver 50 gal of propane because they are using there oven to get the temperature up to 50. They would not do it. So ignore all those commericals they could care less about there clients. No money no heat. And they would of paid it when the SS checks hit next week but apparently no money no heat. So they are not a serving and putting our clients first. Horrified .I hope they freeze someday like my elderly disabled friennds. Never use this company

The person who delivers our propane is probably one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. On numerous occasions he has been extremely rude to both me and my wife. We have a contract with this company unfortunately but will be switching to another provider as soon as it is up.

We used white mountain for about 7 years. We bought a new home and they put us on the back burner for months, making promises. When they were finally able to come out, we got a very unprofessional call then were completely ghosted. These folks used to have the best customer service so it’s sad to see this happen.

I was the first to review white mountain 6 years ago and unfortunately their service and business has done a 180. On all fronts they make it impossible to work with them and act like a monopoly. If you're shopping for services, stay away, they make promises then never deliver. It's sad to see a local business who used to have good service go completely for downhill.

We were renting a home in the North Conway area and the boiler broke down leaving 12 of us with out hot water the first night. The property manager had a service crew come out the next day. The part they needed would not be in for a couple days. They very easily could have just left and said they would be back then. But they didn't. They spend hours, into the evening, piecing together a band-aid fix with spare parts to get it firing.We are so appreciative for their professionalism, and commitment to finding a solution.
