My experience was amazing. I have no complaints. My car was in good hands with the auto mechanics. I am a traveling CNA and I need my car to run smoothly as possible. Ford made that happen for me. Thank you Ford for keeping my car up and running.

First time I bought a second hand and I noticed an issue before the sale which I was promised it being fixed. After several failed attempts the problem was never resolved. When I complained to them they pretty much told me to have my husband come see them. Husband's name wasn't even on my car.

I took my 2020 Jeep Gladiator in for service, I was told I had a broken shock and it would need to be ordered. I have been given 4 different dates and have been waiting over 3 months for the part and repair. Now when I call the dealership to request information I’m transferred to a voicemail that it is full. This dealership has terrible customer service I do not recommend

I love the Durango I bought from Pelletier Motors! I don’t think they could have made it any easier buying a vehicle from them. They brought the vehicle to me, the paperwork right to my work and they even installed my floor mats while I was working. Thanks again for the great vehicle and the great service!
