Got an auto loan through this bank. They told me I could set up automated payments. I can't. The online banking is from 1995 and won't let me. I tried to contact them to get help, nobody ever got back to me. I will never use this bank again and can't wait to close my account. Avoid them!

I recently had an issue with this place, I asked for no overdraft protection when I opened this account and they recently hit me with an overdraft fee for one of my subscriptions to YouTube . I called them to get this fixed as it was their fault for allowing this payment to go through. They reversed the overdraft fee but locked me out of my online account so I can't check to see when my social security benefits come available. It's been nerve wracking and stressful to say the least. I would not recommend this bank to anyone unless you want unneeded stress.

They outta open on Sundays even if it for part of the day that one thing I don't like about this credit union and also they like too overdraft peoples accounts that not responsible for handling there own money when.comes down a state appointed payee error

Me and my wife have used this bank for many years for our loans. The service is awsome but the online and app experience is lacking functionality you can not even cash a check on the app. When they app catches up to today's standards then I will give it 5 stars.

Just switched to Chase banking after 8 years with GFCU. I now know the difference between a good bank and a bad one. Horrible online (website) services, and extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone over the phone.
