“My first time visiting this store (October 2025) and it definitely will not be my last time doing business here. I needed an exterior clear stain to apply to my pressure treated steps/decking so I stopped by during their 40% off sale. What they sold me is a game changer. For years I used various stains purchased from Home Depot and after trying Sherwin Williams there is no comparison. Very high quality stuff. This stain penetrates the weathered PT far superior than the cheaper Home Depot stuff. Worth every penny, even if I bought it at full price. This stuff is the real deal! I just wish I used this product years ago. I hope they don’t change a thing with their ingredients. I won’t shop anywhere else for paints and stains now.”
“A really interesting place. They have everything you can imagine. Was in there yesterday and even noticed they had deerskin toddlers mittens. Besides all the usual Hardware stuff. Their staff is so nice. They go out of their way to make sure you get just what you want. Real old-time atmosphere located right on the Main Street of Richmond. Check it out you won't be disappointed.”
