“Back in November 2020, I bought a transfer case for my 2001 Ford Excursion. Due to many issues, I was unable to get it installed during the 90 day warranty period. Upon installing the transfer case during the last week of May 2021, I found out it was the wrong one. I originally thought it was malfunctioning, due to the output shaft being able to spin with the transmission in park.After doing to investigating and taking measurements, I found out the case had to have come out of a truck that had a different transmission (different input shaft size and spline count). I called Littlefield's and explained the situation, and they asked me to bring the case back, so I did. They exchanged the case with no problems, even though it was out of warranty for almost 90 days at this point. They really didn't have to do that, but I am extremely grateful they did.I will do business with them again when the need arises.”

“I have just gone to Brooks Tire for service twice so far, but since we will be bringing our vehicles there for the foreseeable future, I guess I will have the option of writing an update at any point if I feel the need. But so far I have no concerns about the people, who are friendly and seem quite honest to me. I mean, it is a late model vehicle, but I once had one of those quick lube and oil chain stores try to sell me $200 worth of filters with a simple oil change. I have no such worries here. They were able to get me in quickly and charged a very reasonable amount. The quality of the work also seems fine, though I can't say I have exactly challenged them yet with my services! They have a real waiting room in their sales building, something you take for granted until you start going to small town garages, and plenty of parking. All this and handy here in town also.”
