I would highly recommend anyone.Come here for all your r v needs, parts, or replacements. Their customer service is in high regard.As far as I'm concerned and very much appreciated.This is the R.V store that I highly respect and encourage all that I need help with.Their r v's in any way. All employees are helpful and kind and respectful. I will be continuing to use them as my go-to for my R.V.

Donnie in service was up front about everything. Called me back and kept in touch through out the whole process. Leon the technician did a great job. Everything was very neet and tidy. Much appreciate the great job.

This was a 10/10 experience from start to finish! Brian, our sales rep, was extremely helpful and always available. Bob led our walk through and was very knowledgeable, offering us real-world tips and tricks to help us get the most out of our new camper. Skylar made the financing portion of the transaction easy and fun (yes, you read that right)! My wife Megan and I would recommend Harvey RV to all of our friends and family!

Donnie and his staff were excellent to work with. We had our camper in for some service work this past weekend, and when we went to pick it up, noticed a broken belt in the sidewall of the tire. They took it right back in and in less than an hour had us back on the road with a couple new tires. Highly recommend. We dont mind the 2+ hour drive to harveys when they're as concerned with our safety on the road like they are. Thanks guys!

We had an electrical problem with our rig and Donnie got us in as we were passing through. Sam and Leon diagnosed our problem quickly and we were on our way. Excellent service.

It's safe to say that after dealing with us, Harvey RV's entire staff deserves AT LEAST five gold stars! We worked with Brian, Bob, Dan, Skylar, and Dana. Every aspect of trading in a used trailer, feeling out various models, and finally purchasing a new rig was smooth and effortless. Pre-purchase, Brian did an excellent job of letting us explore for the trailer we wanted and was more than patient while we made our choice; at no point was anyone pushy! We even got extra help from Bob while we evaluated what our tow vehicle could actually tow. Once we picked out an ALiner, it seemed like the whole staff took part in preparing the RV and getting me familiar with it. Even doing the (admittedly extensive) paperwork with Skylar was quick and fun. Lastly, the maintenance/parts crew has done a great job with any little extras we've required; their inventory is great and they know their stuff! Thanks for a really positive experience; this was a HUGE contrast from other local dealers and much appreciated.

We have been dealing with Brian Giroux for several months, first “just looking and thinking” to actually buying. There has never been any pressure from Brian to buy, just providing us with information about their various campers and the value and competency of their service department after the sale, helping us to find the right camper. He has always been pleasant and personable without “hovering”. When we’ve had questions, he has either answered them right away or found the answer. He gave us information, options, and space to decide what was best for us. He even answered his phone on his day off! Pricing was fair and negotiations relaxed. Brian has been extremely accommodating to issues we had through the purchasing process (such as us getting Covid!). We highly recommend buying your next rv from them! And ask for Brian…

This RV Dealership is a shining example of excellent service. From the beginning the salesman, Brian, spent a great deal of time fact finding, working figures, and explaining everything in detail. Even on his days off, he answered my calls. Then came closing day with their financial guy, Skylar, who explained everything thoroughly with patience. I felt very much at ease and informed. All my questions were answered. Their service department did an excellent job on my truck, installing the required wiring harness. As well, namely Dana and Alex, installed my hitch while I watched and gave me instructions and tips as they worked. Again, I felt at ease through the process. Then came Grant who performed my orientation. He also worked the counter and answered my questions even when he was busy. He went through the entire camper with me and was very thorough. Even as a veteran RVer, I learned new things. He was very patient with me. Finally, I asked to meet with the manager. Nick made some concessions along the way, which saved me a lot of money. This before even meeting me. If he is responsible for this incredible customer service then I wholeheartedly commend him. All of these people combined as a team to make my experience an excellent one. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and none of them come close to comparing with Harvey RV!! The adventure begins and is exciting because of Harvey RV & Marine.
