We were told that our plan was to be less than our actual bill. They double charged us and when personally approached, the store associate claimed to know nothing. Also, we bought a WiFi booster and antenna that did not work , because AT&T has very weak tower coverage. All in all, a very bad choice and we recently discovered that this company was hacked into allowing enormous amounts of personal information to be out in the open for any other hackers to infiltrate your account. They did not inform the public that they were going to wait more than a month ( to do their investigation) before they released the hacking incident. Can not trust any company in this country to protect their clients information. And I for one am done with AT&T. Worst service ever.

Horrible service, has owed 2 grand to us for over 4 months still havnt paid 1 of our phones stopped workin didnt supply loaner phone said fill out paperwork send it in and wait...cant wait to be done with these guys

This place always has the best customer service I came in with my phone to get it fixed which was not easy because it’s not a common problem and victor was able to fix it he kept trying and trying until he got it he could of just told me it was junk and I Would of belived him but he got it fixed great customer service. And it was a little past 8pm and he probably could have just closed the store down and go home but instead he fixed my problem. Thanks Victor.

Victor and Kai in gorham AT&T were absolutely amazing helping us navigate a challenging situation with a new phone !!!!! I can not sing their praises enough! Very down to earth and kind. They both understood the issue and went so far above and beyond to help us get all squared away! Talked so we actually understood! So very appreciative of these young men!!! Thank you guys!!!

Great service , all employees helped us the multiple times we visited the store! The store manager was most knowledgeable and thorough we fully understood what the deal was and how everything was going to go down! Now I finaly have a new phone with unlimited data!!!!
