Great service , all employees helped us the multiple times we visited the store! The store manager was most knowledgeable and thorough we fully understood what the deal was and how everything was going to go down! Now I finaly have a new phone with unlimited data!!!!

AT&T store in Gorham, ME. Best time ever experienced in an ATT store the agents were ver professional, personable, funny, knowledgeable and welcoming. During the process of data transfer from the old to new phone can be a bit time consuming, they offered for me to leave and carry on with my day and return in an hour or so, I elected to stay. We spent the time talking about recent events, sports and the fun things in life.. never did they mention politics or anything negative. I felt like I were a friend of theirs. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! This store should be the model for all AT&T stores! Makes me sad to consider other cell carriers for better cell coverage, but unless some serious tower installations happen I will be leaving at the end of the year!

Was told that there was a special going on for $800.00 credit for certain phones. I committed and then found out the special had ended. I think I should have been compensated in some way. Or the special honored.

The guy activated my phones and sent me on my way in probably 10 min or less. This probably sounds great because who likes to spend over two hours at the cell phone store right? The problem with this is that he didn’t go over any of the billing info/charges. There is a sign on the counter with plan pricing and what you get under each tier. I questioned him about it because it was different from what I saw online. He assured me that was the most up-to-date information. However that was incorrect. I don’t have some of the features I am supposed to have because those plans apparently expired over a month ago according to AT&T customer service. I also realized after that there was no signature or paperwork or anything that he gave me regarding signing up for AT&T. That seems odd

I bought my Samsung A52 5g here. I had an issue with charging. I found out the insurance I bought here wasn't from Samsung but some third party company. I had to go elsewhere to pay to get it fixed.

Late review. I have used AT&T for the last 13 years. I now have a business and wanted to start some business lines. When I went in the did a business credit report and saw my business doesn't have a credit history. They wanted a $1000 dollar deposit for 1 year then the deposit would be given back... AT&T wanted me to give them a $1000 dollar interest free loan for a year and then also pay them for service lines and phones. The person trying to help me was great he called someone for approvals. What amazed me is I offered to purchase the phone outright and pay an entire year of services in advanced to avoid giving then $1000 dollars of mine to just hold for an entire year. They were unwilling. Verizon will now be my business sole cell service provider. It was a good 13 years AT&T.

I didn’t have a very good experience at Verizon. So I chose to go to AT&T instead.I was approached by Walter who in less than five minutes was served. He gave me a great deal and I’m very happy with my purchase.
