There's 1 female cashier who is very RUDE. I have had 3 experiences with her and I will never go there especially if she's working. She works the closing shift

I had the worst experience with the cashier here it was a Thursday afternoon in October 2023, about 520 5:00 PM and I came in empty on gas and I received a voucher from the state of Maine that is able to be used at any company that is owned by CN brown, which this big apple is always in brown Headquarters in South Paris they the woman was very rude didn’t even give me a chance to explain or even look at my voucher she threw her hands up and said I can’t do it. I don’t know how to do it and I don’t know how to help you and I asked her if there was somebody that she could contact or speak to to help her figure out how to put it in the system so I can get gas she refused to. She denied, giving me the managers number which I believe in most companies it’s it’s you know they’re supposed to provide a phone number that I can contact . This woman was right from the get go off when I walked in was discrimination towards me and my color, I believe in myself circumstances of having a voucher which is no reason to be discriminator. Drove 16 miles to big Apple in Windham and the woman said she’d never done it but knew of them and helped me with no problems and was so respectful.

Horrible customer service, rude in person and by phone. Was hung up on twice while asking for managers name. I'd give no stars if it let me.

Nice place, nice people. But not open at 4am like it says. Or they just aren't answering the phone. It's now 5:36 am I've been calling since 4:30am and no one has answered the phone. My car broke down over the weekend and they were nice enough to let me park it there but now I want to let them know I'm having it towed soon, there's no one there, or they don't want to answer the phone not sure which.

Currently under new management the store is super clean, well organized and staffed with friendly folks. Not 24 hours but due to area it's in being a 10pm close store makes sense. They have a great selection of lottery and cold drinks and snacks. Lowest gas prices around!

Currently under new management the store is super clean, well organized and staffed with friendly folks. Not 24 hours but due to area it's in being a 10pm close store makes sense. They have a great selection of lottery and cold drinks and snacks. Lowest gas prices around!

The new pumps are nice and the reward system is good if you buy things in the store but I pulled up at 9:55 to get gas and it had clearly been closed for some time. I understand closing a kitchen early or other businesses but there’s no reason a gas station needs to close before the posted time.

Unbelievable! What a scam. Selling you a contract for 1 month of bogus service with direct tv and then saying you get a free Roku. It cost $50. Roku is selling for $25 now.

The new pumps are nice and the reward system is good if you buy things in the store but I pulled up at 9:55 to get gas and it had clearly been closed for some time. I understand closing a kitchen early or other businesses but there’s no reason a gas station needs to close before the posted time.
