My the favorite place to shop..hands down. You really need to learn the dynamics of shopping here as it can get really crowded and chaotic when new bins come out regularly. It's like black Friday shopping most of the time which is amazing price wise. But can fuel anxiety at times for sure with the trending lack of human courtesy. I highly Recommend this as being significantly cheaper than most traditional Goodwill stores and is awesome for budget conscious families

Love the excitement of finding great stuff! But I think they should only allow x amount of people at a time! And it's shocking how IGNORANT and aggressive the "regulars" are! I've gone about 4 or 5 this now over the corse of several months and see alot of the same group of people everything! They act like they own the damn place! You could be looking at a pile stuff and they have no problem grabbing everything in front of you and taking what they want ! Wish the employees would step in and makenthe customes leave! Would make the shopping experience more enjoyable if there was some accountability for the over barren customers!

Goodwill by the pound is a shopping experience like no other. It's very funny as you sort through large bins of random stuff trying to find what you want. You never know what you'll find there, and once you find it the price is exceptional. The proceeds go to a good cause as well.

I called this location to make sure they were taking donations until 5pm like the website says and the man on the phone said yes, I asked again to make absolutely sure and once again, he said yes, until 5pm. My fiancé drove all the way there from Windham in the sleet/snow, got there at 4pm and they tell him they’re not taking donations. Ridiculous.

I stay away on weekends, very crowded with some extremely aggressive and downright nasty customers. Also some moms and dads who bring their young kids and release them for free run of the store. Quiet often you can get high just breathing the air in the parking lot. All that being said, it's a lot of fun searching the bins for treasures, and I can't say enough about the polite and courteous staff. In other words the only really problem is that maybe 20% of the customer base that are scary, potentially violent, druggies. I fully expect a shooting to happen one day.

I would not reccommend this goodwill to ANYONE !!!!One of the gentlemen who worked there was extremely rude. While we were there the power went out and they were not clear with the instructions at all. We hung around for about 30 minutes and then they told us to come back later and they would hold our carts until closing. They said the power should be back on at 2:30. The time we left was 12:45. As they were going through these announcements a gentleman approached us and was rather rude and basically shoved us out and said we had to leave now as we’re organizing things through our carts. We left and got lunch, and spent some more time in the area. My sister and I lost track of time and rushed there before they closed at 5pm. We arrived at 4:50 pm. When we walked inside the same gentleman said that they were closed. I explained to him that we were here earlier and was told that our carts would be held until closing which was 5pm. He then told us that they opened up only 30 mins after they sent all of us away. But how were we supposed to know that when they basically told us it could be over two hours ?He was not very apologetic at all, and when we said we were told it was going to be a few hours he just kept saying that they were closed and was not interested in helping us at all. He was not professional. We spent three hours there prior to the power closing and had a lot of items that took us a long time to find. We also traveled 9 hours too get there and we’re really looking forward to it. So it was rather very disappointing how we were treated and how it all played out. Also while we were talking to the same gentleman another employee was standing there laughing in the back round. I understand we got there at 4:50. But they told us our carts would be there until they locked the doors, which I guess apparently was a lie. He also said to us the they put all of the stuff away out of the carts 15 minutes before we got there. So even if we got there at 4:35 our items still would have not been there. After we walked outside to our vehicle, the same gentleman came out and tried to have us come back inside and see if one last cart that was not put away was ours, unfortunately it was not. He then did apologize about what had happened but there was nothing he could do. I did appreciate the gesture, but the situation was already beyond repair. Needless to say it was a very poor experience and I will not be going back.

Awesome, Thanks for being here. All the other goodwill and thrift shops you have to be rich to pay the prices, but here the pricing is fair. I'll keep go as long as it's the right price.

This place is great when you are looking for something specific. Be aware!! If you have A.D.D like me... lol you will go nuts and completely loose track of what you're there for. So here is the setup; It's a big warehouse that has rolling tubs/bins in the center, side, middle of the room... you rummage through the bins( don't turtle snail it because others will grab what you might want too right out of your hand). The bins get rolled away and new ones come in( don't touch the bins when the employees are rolling them away). Get what you need/ like/ want quick and don't piss off the regulars that go there to hunt for brand names and re sell... don't take anything out of carts you see standing around... and have fun!! The more times you go the easier and less intimidating it will be. Stuff is weighed at checkout and you're out. THIS WILL BE YOUR NEW ADDICTION... But don't worry... it will become old after a while.

Terrible customer service. Not that my expectations are high but come on. The guy at the cash register was by far the rudest person I’ve come across at any establishment. He should definitely be hidden in the back of the warehouse or find another profession. Not sure of his name but camo hat and bad breath.

I have been to other pay by the pounds..there is no way you should be allowed to hoard stuff in shopping carts by the wall because they take totes out of bins and grab all the shoes they can then before they leave puts most of them back that someone could have bought and used but left because they had enough of the hoarding...maybe someone should either make them purchase the items within a hour this would probably sell more items and cut down on the people reselling then people who actually come for their families. Plus apparently some of the people who come all the time know the workers there because they refer to them by name..about where to stand and what to buy...yup can we say friends benefits....wally waa the name thrown around today by 3 women even up at the register...way to go Sally you lost at least 4 new people that won't come back because the ones that come daily are allowed to do what they want
