I've only went to this place once before and they did a good job, but this time I am not impressed. I wanted a square look but left with crooked and messy blobs on my nails, and the underneath of my nails are completely filled with acrylic. The lady doing my nails was nice but she kept catching my skin with her nail file and really left my skin raw on the sides, I dont think she knew how to do acrylic well. Not to disrespect but people are better at other skills, and I dont think she was good at acrylic. My middle finger is crooked and has a huge blob on the side, plus I did not get the shape I wanted. Square is what I asked for but she kept rounding out the corners into an oval.
Very disappointed.

So impressed! The dip products they use are not as thick as other places and looks amazing! Johnny is amazing and I had one of the best pedicure massages ever!!!

We were just in for pedicures and a manicure. My daughters paint job was terrible and when addressed, she was told “It looks fine” and the gentleman who did her toes said, “they look much better than when she came in” Very rude. She had done her own toes previously, so coming to a professional should be better🤦🏼♀️ Pretty disappointing and she should have gotten a discount or not charged. I have attached pictures, you cannot tell me these toes look professional. Zoom in on the pictures.

I usually don’t write reviews but I had such an unpleasant experience. I felt very rushed when picking out my colors for a manicure/ pedicure. During manicure/ pedicure the nail tech seemingly rushed application of polish/ gel. Overall was a not a very relaxing experience and wasn’t worth the price.

I only use your services 3-4 times a year but today will be the last. The lack of professionalism today and the quickest pedicure made it seem like you don’t really want to work. I brought in my daughter and niece for a relaxing pedicure and 16 rushed minutes later we were finished. It was so disappointing. Then at checkout to be told to use ATM so you don’t have to pay credit card fees is an insult to a customer. You’re a business. There will be fees to run a business. Be more professional or you will continue to lose customers. You’ve lost me.

This guy gave my girlfriend a “full set” and now she has crooked nails. The guy was aggressive and rough with her and she didn’t have a pleasant experience.

They badly damaged my natural nails. I had acrylic nails put on elsewhere 3 weeks prior. I wanted them removed but read enough to know that without the proper tools I would ruin my natural nails. I popped in to Nail Xperts. The woman clipped my nails, used a nail to peel away my nails, soaked them for 2 minutes max in acetone then peeled off what she could and ground down the rest. She finished in 5 minutes totalhas been 6 weeks and my nails have almost grown out the damage. Another month should do it.

One of the only nail salons open on Sunday and they rushed so badly that I know I'll have issues once the nails grow out. Over flooded my nail bed so the dip is on and over my cuticles, lint and specks painted into the nail and so many bubbles in the final coat that the nails aren't smooth whatsoever. Really disappointed.

Quality wasn't the best as I already have to get a new set but furthermore the professionalism was absolutely horrible! I've never felt so uncomfortable & frustrated while trying to "relax" getting my nails done. I won't be going back to this location ever again!

I will never be back again. The woman that did my nails was rushing the entire time, never did what I asked, she didn’t even check my nails to see if they were dry. She also gave me an attitude when I told her I didn’t like the pink color she used for the French. This was not the experience I was hoping for.Services: Acrylic nails
