Probably the best all-around company I've ever dealt with in Maine.
Spoken to 2 or 3 people in the office and each was very polite and super knowledgeable.
First dealt with Fred when I had questions about the best way to go with my propane solution. Not only was he the first Vendor to reply, but his solution made so much sense that I really didn't even need to consider any other company. I bet he answered about 25 questions I had. Always patient, professional, and polite.
Then, there's Joe! I can only give 5 stars as that's the highest option, but Joe made it 6 stars and Google should let me put 6 stars just because of Joe!!!

Memorial Day weekend my propane was low. I called ordered and they weren’t sure they could get it here till Tuesday. Literally the next day they made time and stopped at my house. Love that!!!Thank you so much!!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to your driver Mark Knowles. I am 84 and had been unable to shovel a path to my front door or oil fill. When I saw him arrive, I met him at the door and asked if he could deliver when it looked as it did. He laughed and said " today, they all look like that. Can't tell you how much that meant to me. Please let him know how much he is appreciated.

There was a slight hiccup with a fuel delivery. Kathy was very helpful and efficient. The hiccup was corrected quickly and friendly. A follow-up call was received to apologize and inquire if I needed anything else.If you are looking for fast, reliable service at an affordable price, look no further. Pit stop was the only company able to hook me up as a new customer within a month of my calling. We recently had a propane system installed. It was already October. So their ability to accommodate me was big.

We seriously appreciate the customer service of this company. They gave us an emergency delivery after the windstorm, crossing downed limbs and power lines. Today they beat the sand truck after an icy night. Thank you.

I switched to Pit Stop a few months ago. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences. I was too far from my prior propane company so things just didn’t work out and am so happy to have switched! I’m super close to their operation so I usually get amazingly fast deliveries even though they say 3-4 days it’s typically 1-2 days.I have the tank monitoring which I absolutely love. When I’m below 30% someone kindly asks if I would like a propane fill. Every time I call they are always so happy and friendly. I’ve really enjoyed the switch!

I am extremely pleased that my last oil delivery company let me down and I had to find a new company Pit Stop Fuels I called on a Friday after hours and they're answering service put me in contact for Saturday morning when I spoke with the office and Standish they scheduled me for 3 days out no rush for you or anything like that this morning when I got the bill I was pleasantly surprised that I was saving almost $400 from where I previously switched from for an entire tank bill their communication was great they were prompt quick and efficient and save me money I will absolutely recommend to anyone that uses oil that I know.

Person told us oil would be there on friday-then friday came-no oil. We ran out. Monday they tell us it was a mistake and sorry we will be first delivery on tuesday. Well its now 3:13; they close at 4 and still no oil! We are running an electric heater to keep warm and we both have the flu!! Definately NOT impressed to say the least!!!! ???
