“Have had a PO Box for 7 years. While the open hours are short, the accommodating staff more than make up for it. This is a small town post office where everyone actually does know your name and they treat you like a real person, not just one of the many. Having lived all over the country, this office goes out of their way to help and advise in a way I have never seen. Big thumbs up!!”
“Given the supply chain issues and lack of people who want to work, ongoing staff shortages & huge workload, I'm impressed with the Standish PO staff! Always pleasant and patient (given the circumstances of Covid and a flailing economy), they have always been extremely pleasant to deal with and professional. “One of the better USPS I’ve been delivered and picked up from. Everyone is kind and fast. Major con is that they require you to carry 12 loading straps AND A LOCK. My broker/dispatch only made it clear that I needed straps. Had a minor issue with that but everyone being so nice made up for USPS stupid rules. Literally only used 2 straps.”

“It's a small town post office in Maine. It delivers the mail 99% of the time. Make sure you give yourself extra time if you're visiting the office. They run on a shoe string budget—like most government organizations—so odds are they only have a person or two manning the counter.Some of these reviews suggest the Gorham Post Office is throwing bricks through windows. In reality, they'll leave it on your doorstep if you're willing to pay the postage.”
