Bad experience!!! Went to into the process of renting a unit and mistakenly hit the wrong button on line. They immediately withdrew money from my account. Called instantly and explained what I had done. They said no problem we will reverse charges but will take a week or so. At that point I was content. Then found that I was partially reimbursed. Contact them again and they informed me that they would contact corporate. Needless to say I was told that they could only partially reimburse due to processing fee charges. I lost $30 . I would never use or recommend this company to anyone. Sad!!

Very pleasant staff! The process was quick and easy. My storage unit is just the right size for a two bedroom apartment. 10x20.

I have been with Prime Storage for a number of years and am fully satisfied with their facilities. The price of units are reasonable and access is easy even in winter after a storm as the snow is cleanly removed. Most importantly, the staff of Prime is professional and friendly.

The prime storage facility in Gorham has been great. Tim at the front is incredibly helpful and has helped me not only when I locked myself out of my unit but also when I didn’t know my passcode. A+ service.

While the unit and grounds are nice, they increased my rent $50 and I haven't even been there 3 months yet! They offer you a deal to get you in then increase your rent once you're there. I even specifically asked the sales rep about increases and he said if they do itd be "at least a year" - Lies! Disappointing!
