We are overall happy with our service but there have been mistakes when we call and set up appointments. We told the employee what we wanted to have done and then the day of our appointment they don’t have it in the computer what exactly we asked for.

300% Markup on parts and double charging for labor. If you value your money go someplace else. There's no excuse for a 300% markup except pure greed. It's real easy to see exactly how much a part cost just by going next door to O'Reilly's with the part number. And be carful they don't try to double charge you for labor. They disguise the double charge by calling it "diagnostic time" or "preventative maintenance" or "system testing". And "Captain JD" as his shirt read, is seriously lacking in the customer service, and communication department.

I have used this place a couple of times and had good service. However, I called on Wednesday the 24th and made an appointment for Saturday the 27th for an oil change and a state inspection. I dropped my truck off at 8am and was told that I could pick it up later in the day or on Sunday. They said "great, thank you." Saturday went by and I never got a call saying the work was done. I called them Sunday morning and was told that they didn't do the work. I was like "okay, will you be doing it today?" and was told "no." So I asked what the plan was and the guy on the phone said he didn't have one. So I went and pick it up. Customer service has gone out the window !
Update on 7/31/24
So the management team reach out to me and apologized for the in convents. Mike was really nice and wants to make this up to me. I will be given VIP Gorham one more chance.

Dana, one of the managers, helped me with a car inspection. Laid every option out to me in an easily understood way and was super helpful all around! I highly recommend the Gorham VIP!

Thanks to Dana and the crew in Gorham for going above and beyond to help us replace a battery terminal. We thought we could do it ourselves in the parking lot, but weren’t having much luck. Dana ended up coming out to check on us, and then rolled up his sleeves to help!
