My 1st time at this garage , Frank is very professional, and good at what he does, got me in pretty much right away and was done when he said he would be , I'm very impressed, as a couple local garages are anywhere from 1 to 3 week wait time , this will be my new go to garage deserves 5 stars plus👍🙂

I was a customer at this place for about 4 years. The last time I went there, the repair (a welded muffler) failed about one mile out, and when I came back 10 minutes later they told me that they only stand by work until it leaves the shop and they take no responsibility. If you can do it yourself, do it yourself - if you need an expert, don't go here.

New Hampshire boy, calipers seized up on the way back from a camping trip. These guys were fast efficient and very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

My family moved to Gray in late 2023. As always it’s a roll of the dice when it comes to finding a chew/honest mechanic. After having been to Frank’s a handful of times over the first six months as Gray residents I can definitely say that we are very lucky to have Frank’s right around the corner!
They work FAST…but that doesn’t mean that they take short cuts or do a sloppy job. They are thorough and professional - they’re just very capable and good at what they do.
They have gotten my wife and I out of a couple pickles so far - all at a fair price.
Highly recommend.
