“Everyone here is helpful and super sweet! An employee named Joey knew ASL so I able to sign and be understood. It means a lot that people like that make life more accessible for people like me.”

“I do not typically shop this Hannaford .
I found it very difficult to find things they have broken up aisles and an aisle just randomly down through the store between that other shelves going in the other direction and the meat department. it's odd. but I love Hannaford their products are normally very good very fresh and a reasonable price”

“It's pretty easy to call in for a prescription refill - they have an automated service or you can talk to the counter staff if you forget/lose your script #
If I walk in and wait for a refill, it's usually 30 minutes or less until the pharmacist is done preparing it. They're pretty fast. I haven't interacted with the pharmacists here directly because I usually don't have questions about my prescriptions. My doctor only uses this pharmacy for special medications (compounded) and explains the script to me during my usual appointments.
The hours here aren't very convenient. Being open 1 weekend day or even staying open just an hour later to 6pm would be super helpful for my schedule, and probably for a lot of other full time workers' schedules. The hours are really the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. Otherwise, this pharmacy is fast, clean, organized, and everything I expect from a place to pick up my meds.”

“Wow what a great pharmacy. This is like the Cheers of Pharmacies, every time I go in there everyone knows my name. Probably because I have to give them my name and date of birth but still. Great service.”

“I was having trouble getting my prescription refilled. I waited a long time for the medication to come in. I got the pharmacist on the phone. He said, he would take care of my issue right away. Today my prescription was in. He was awesome!! The problem was, the auto system was not working right and my medication had not been ordered. This pharmacist straightened that out, right away for me.”

“With all the 1-stars and negativity, I feel I should bring some positivity. All of my experiences here have been great. Patient and helpful.Something to keep in mind, everyone. These folks fill prescriptions for hundreds of people each week, and can only work during business hours. Some prescriptions may not be filled immediately. There is a lot that goes into pharmacy work, that we could never really understand. If your prescription is urgent, call ahead and ask about them. These folks will work with you. Please don't be rude. We are all only human.”

“Every time I go to CVS in Auburn at the bottom of Goff Hill, at least one of the employees speaks to me to say hello and offers to help. I save big time by continuing to buy at CVS. I always tell people about the rewards program.”

“I always get great service from Walgreens, no matter the location. I like that I get a greeting when entering the store. I can usually ask for assistance from whoever is working and I can usually find what I'm looking for without having to ask. I like finding new items to explore while shopping too.”

“Very convenient stop to grab one of almost anything you need. The pharmacy, as with many chain pharmacies the last couple years, has gone severely down hill since their long time pharmacist was forced out in favor of younger, not as highly paid, pretty green pharmacists. The constant stream of difficult customers also has something to do with it as well. Just be nice people...be nice and be patient. Put yourself in their shoes for a moment! Rant over.”

“The store manager helped me today at this East Avenue Lewiston location after the store manager of the Sabattus Street, Lewiston location would not help me. I purchased products that should have received extra bucks and the first store manager refused to help me and let me walk out of the store questioning why I even went there. I went to the store on East Avenue and the store manager there was more than willing to help me. He was fantastic!”

“This is my local pharmacy and the only one I occasionally use. Lately, when filling my prescriptions, they have not been ready. I find a pickup time important. Waiting for my scripts 90 minutes after the time specified for pickup, not good customer service.”
